We have very little gardening experience - and she was able to tell us a lot about what could/should be kept, relocated or removed. It was probably the one time that I didn't regret checking into a mailer advertisement. Nora's response time was quick and prompt and I felt like I was talking to someone who actually wanted to know what I was looking for and not necessarily what has been done. I was getting suggestions for my landscaping with preface of "well most people.." or " people normally do..". but that was not what I was looking for, I wanted different and a solid suggestion/direction. She came to my home and was engaged and worked with what I needed, she delivered on her word under her mentioned turn around and I was in love with her plant selection, excited to get this done. I did have to reach out for even more help and she did it without hesitation. Its funny to say but by the end of this, I felt like I was working with a friend and not someone I just called off of a mailer. Great experience and I will be referring and using her again.
